Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through https://www.bumzy.in.
Shipping Coverage
BUMZY currently ships to serviceable addresses within India only.
Delivery availability depends on the destination PIN code, product type, shipment weight and courier serviceability. We may be unable to deliver to certain remote, restricted or unsupported locations.
Order Processing
Orders are generally inspected, packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and any required payment or COD verification.
Orders placed on Sundays, public holidays or during exceptional sale periods may require additional processing time.
A confirmed order may be placed on hold if:

Payment verification is pending

COD confirmation is unsuccessful

The shipping address is incomplete

The customer cannot be contacted
-
The product becomes unavailable

Fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected
We will attempt to contact the customer if additional information is required.
Shipping Charges
Our standard shipping rates are:

₹59 Standard Delivery for eligible orders below ₹699

Free Standard Delivery for eligible orders of ₹699 or more
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before the order is submitted.
Discounts may reduce the qualifying cart value for free shipping. The final shipping charge shown at checkout will apply to the order.
Shipping rates and promotional thresholds may be updated for future orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Including order processing, most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 4–7 business days after confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery may take longer because of:

Remote or difficult-to-service PIN codes

Weather or natural events
-
Public holidays
-
Courier network disruptions

Government restrictions
-
Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Customer unavailability

High-volume sale or festival periods

Events outside our reasonable control
Order Tracking
When tracking becomes available, the tracking number or tracking link will be sent to the email address associated with the order.
Customers can also access available order information through:
Tracking may take up to 24 hours after dispatch to begin showing movement.
Shipping Address and Phone Number
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate:

Recipient name

House, building or apartment details

Street and locality

City, state and PIN code

Delivery instructions where required
BUMZY is not responsible for avoidable delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete customer-provided information.
Address Changes
To request an address correction, contact support@bumzy.in as soon as possible with the order number and corrected address.
Address changes are not guaranteed after an order has been packed, dispatched or handed to the courier.
A destination PIN code generally cannot be changed after shipment. The order may need to be cancelled, returned or placed again where operationally possible.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes.
COD orders may be verified through phone, email, OTP, WhatsApp or another reasonable method before dispatch.
The customer must pay the complete amount shown for the order to the authorised courier representative at delivery.
BUMZY may restrict COD where an order cannot be verified or where an account, address or phone number has a history of repeated refused or undeliverable orders.
Delivery Attempts
Courier partners generally make delivery attempts according to their operational policies.
Customers should:

Keep their registered phone available

Respond to genuine courier communication

Ensure someone is available to receive the order

Keep the COD amount/payment method ready where applicable
Courier personnel should not request your UPI PIN, card PIN, CVV, OTP unrelated to delivery verification, or banking password.
Delayed Orders
If an order has not arrived within the estimated period, check the tracking information first.
If tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact support@bumzy.in with your order number. We will raise an investigation with the courier provider where appropriate.
A courier investigation may require several business days. We will communicate available updates, but courier investigation timelines are not entirely within our control.
Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Shipment
If the outer package appears materially damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and contact us promptly.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete product:

Preserve the product and original packaging

Keep the shipping label

Take clear photographs or video where reasonably available
-
Contact support@bumzy.in promptly with your order number
Accepted claims will be handled under our Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy. No return shipping fee applies to an accepted wrong, damaged, defective or incomplete-product claim.
Lost Shipments
If the courier confirms that a prepaid shipment has been lost in transit, BUMZY will offer an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to product availability and verification.
COD orders for which no payment was collected do not require a payment refund.
Failed Delivery and Return to Origin
A shipment may be returned to BUMZY as Return to Origin (“RTO”) when delivery cannot be completed because of:

Customer refusal

Repeated customer unavailability

Incorrect or incomplete address
-
Unreachable phone number
-
Failure to pay the COD amount
-
Courier serviceability or operational issues
For a prepaid RTO order, any applicable refund will be considered after the shipment returns to us and is inspected.
Repeated avoidable RTO or refused COD orders may result in COD being restricted for future purchases.
Order Cancellation
Customers may submit a cancellation request within 1 hour of placing an order through:
A cancellation request does not automatically cancel an order. Cancellation may not be possible after packing or dispatch.
